IN-STORE PURCHASES: We offer exchanges only for products purchased in-store within 14 days of purchase (with original tags & re-sellable packaging). Exchange must be done at time of return. We offer store credit only for clothing items (with original tags & re-sellable packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale.
ONLINE ORDERS: We offer exchanges only for products purchased online within 14 days of date of delivery (with original tags & re-sellable packaging). Seasonal and sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges can not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items sent back to the store.
If you would like to send an item shipped to you back for an exchange, please notify us on our contact page. Please include your order number. We will provide the return instructions to you.
